This intern will:

• Assist with new hire and benefits orientations
• Assist with Safety and Wellness programs
• Assist with Training program, includes research opportunities, offer to employees, track training requests, schedule and register, send evaluations and update employee training documents.
• Prepare new hire and benefits packets
• Perform miscellaneous office duties (answering phones, coordinating meetings, etc)

We are currently seeking an intern to work closely with our Facilities & EHS Manager beginning in May or June 2012.  The ideal candidate is available 20-40 hours per week this summer and able to transition to approximately 15-20 hours per week during the fall semester.

Responsibilities will include:

• Projects focused on facilities-related continuous improvements
• Implementing a more efficient Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) tracking system

The ideal candidate will have a technical background or understanding of machinery and pursing an Industrial Engineering and Mgmt, Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering degree.  Junior level status during fall 2012 is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:

The successful candidate must be able to work in a team environment be familiar with or working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products and have strong organizational and communications skills.

We are currently seeking an intern to work closely with our Product Development team.  The ideal candidate is available part-time during the school year with flexibility of hours (minimum 20 hours / week) and the possibility of full-time hours during the summer.

Responsibilities will include:

• Product and Tooling Design
• Finite Element Analysis
• Material Testing
• Assist in New Product trials and Product Verification

Education Requirements include:

• Pursuing a Mechanical Engineering degree, Junior status preferred

Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least a sophomore majoring in Business Administration or related field. Good analytical and Excel skills required. Must be organized, have initiative, be self-motivated and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications
