<p>This intern will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Assist with new hire and benefits orientations</li>
<li>Assist with Safety and Wellness programs</li>
<li>Assist with Training program, includes research opportunities, offer to employees, track training requests, schedule and register, send evaluations and update employee training documents.</li>
<li>Prepare new hire and benefits packets</li>
<li>Perform miscellaneous office duties (answering phones, coordinating meetings, etc)      </li>
<li>Maintain inventory of human resources documents</li>
<li>Review and update current job descriptions        </li>
<li>Review and update interview templates</li>
<li>Participate in department meetings and other meetings and seminars</li>
<li>Assist in the HR Paperless project; includes scanning all current and previous employment records.</li>
<li> Adhere to all safety rules and regulations              </li>

<p>We are currently seeking an intern to work closely with our Facilities &amp; EHS Manager beginning in May or June 2012.  The ideal candidate is available 20-40 hours per week this summer and able to transition to approximately 15-20 hours per week during the fall semester.</p>
